Mrs Fitzsimmons also specialises in Business Operations, Budgeting and Executive Level Management.
Mr Khalaf is the Chief Technology Officer at MEX EXCHANGE. He is responsible for technology strategy, innovation and managing business operations and its implementation.
Coming from a highly technical background in Digital Systems, Mr Khalaf acquired a great amount of experience with online trading platforms. He was the lead expert in operating trading platforms and has been highly sought after for training various brokerage firms on the usage, implementation and upkeep of their MetaTrader 4 and MetaTrader 5 platforms.
Throughout his time in the FinTech industry, he has a proven track record in platform management as well as its’ operational & technical efficiency, resulting in Mr Khalaf being known to the industry as the “MetaTrader platform specialist”.
His background in Artificial Intelligence and Digital Security Systems has allowed him to customize industry specific solutions by future proofing and paving the way for new markets to co-exist within the current marketplace; especially within the financial services sector. Ahmad holds a Masters in Business Administration from Macquarie Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor of Computer Science specializing in Digital Security Systems from the University of Wollongong, in Australia.
Kofi Adutwum is the Finance Manager of MEX EXCHANGE in Australia. He is a Chartered Accountant with over 15 years of professional experience and holds a Master’s degree in Commerce and Administration from Victoria University in New Zealand.
Kofi has a broad knowledge of the issues surrounding financial management within the banking and finance industry. His career experience includes financial, statutory and regulatory reporting; strategic business planning human resource management and business partnering.
His responsibilities cover statutory, regulatory and financial performance reporting; the management of financial planning and forecasting as well as payroll administration.
Kofi’s passions include change management, process improvement & automation as well as drawing on his broader financial capabilities and experience to deliver forward looking and value added financial advice and solutions to clients and partners of MEX EXCHANGE.
As the Administration Co-Ordinator of MEX EXCHANGE Ms. Bernasconi draws on her in depth knowledge of Client Relations and the Australian Regulatory environment to be the stellar leader of the Client Support Team. Her previous roles have seen her form a critical part of the operations team and she has advanced her knowledge exponentially in her recent years in the Finance Industry. Ms. Bernasconi strives to provide each client with the highest calibre of service and looks forward to assisting you here at MEX.
Having worked in Sales roles for the past 10 years servicing tenures as Senior Sales Trader at AxiCorp and Associate Director of Sales with Royal Financial, Tyson joins MEX to head up our Sales Division.

As Administration Assistant, Lauren ensures the smooth operation of the MEX office with her robust knowledge of office management, diary management, and efficient handling of client queries and requests.
